Bought this bike from Jake Lewis in 2022 as a motocross bike(last
picture is what it looked like when I bought it) completely
disassembled it and had the frame powder coated along with the hubs.
Has rekluse clutch. Put new bearings and bushing in all the suspension
parts along with wheel bearing front and back. Sent the suspension to
Boughnner to be lowered and gone through. New brake lines, brake pads,
rotors, foot pegs, shifter, catch can, engine dress up kit. The wheels
and tires are brand new and have one race on them. There is a bunch of
other new stuff I’m probably forgetting. This bike is beautiful and
runs awesome. When I bought it Jake told me his factory mechanic had
just rebuilt it. Not sure if it actually was but it runs and starts
like a freshly rebuilt bike. I rode this bike maybe 2 hours after
rebuilding it so it still looks brand new. Only down side is I don’t
have a title. This bike was given to Jake when he road for Suzuki so he
never got a title. I have a TON of extra parts that I would sell either
along with the bike or separately. Mx suspension, Mx wheels tires, new
stock clutch, two sets of plastics, hand guards, sprockets from
40t-50t, levers, new brake pads I’m looking for cash only. No trades.

Model 106 Astro 350 Engine. Serial number 10600369. I
got this in a package deal from a gentleman who had passed away.
I was told the engine was completely rebuilt. I removed the head and it
has a new Mahle piston, second over. I removed the primary cover
and the clutch and chain look new and lightly oiled. Everything looked
very clean and tidy. I removed the mag cover and the Ignition
appears to be a brand new Femsa. There is no top coil. It comes with
the exhaust manifold, Intake manifold, 38 mm Amal concentric, and Amal

bikes since they came out in 2017 and spent allot of time, resources to
get this bike to handle and run optimal. Not only the engine package,
but tuned on the Dyno to my specific riding style with delivery.

XL250 Cylinder Head
For Sale XL250 Cylinder Head and Needle Bearing Cams.
Parts were run a few times and then removed. Have been coated in metal
protectant to store. Everything is in good running condition. Parts
included: Cylinder Head/Rocker Cover vapor blasted and line bored to
fit needle bearing cam. Cylinder Head has 2 new intake valves and 4 new
valve guides/seals
Machine work was done by XLint Performance. Check the photo for the
condition of the fins on the cylinder head. 127-40NB MEGACYCLE needle
bearing cam. 127-00NB MEGACYCLE needle bearing cam. Hardfaced rocker
arms
R/D 206-H valve springs/toppers currently in head. Norris valve
springs/stock toppers(these valve springs did not fit the head well so
I didn't run them but they are included) Had these parts on a TL bottom
end, took them off to go on an XL. We were impacted by Hurricane Helene
so I'm selling. $2000 everything together.
