| I am selling Vintage Bates
full leather motor cycle racing suit size 36. I am 5’7” 120 lbs
and it is a bit big on me. It is nnknown if the suit is custom made. I
called the Bates Company to ask them when this suit was made, and
judging by the yellow interior of the suit, it could be a little over
10 years old. The suit is in immaculate condition, the leather is
flexible, and there are no stains or cracks on the suit. I believe that I received it with the original knee pucks. This suit is NOT technologically advanced, with the exception of the technology that it was given to its time; it has extra leather padding on the knees, back, rump, shoulders, elbows. I wore this suit once for a track day, I wore plenty of protection under the suit when I went out to the track day, and it worked out just fine. Only interested buyer please calls me for more info on the leather suit. I am asking $100 obo. |

| Flat Track Bike for Sale: Jake Shoemaker’s #55a 2008 RMZ- 450 Up for sale is my 2008 RMZ 450. This is the same bike that I raced at the May Springfield Mile to a third place finish, and also rode throughout the majority of the year which earned me my 5th place in points for the Pro Singles Series. Bike comes with Penske Suspension, Durelle ride height adjuster, 2.15 width front wheel on stock hub, 2.5 rear wheel with quick change A&A style hub. Fully adjustable triple trees. W.E.R steering stabilizer. Bike is setup for someone who weighs 130-150 pound rider. Motor: Updated 2009 motor, Cp piston, web cams, ported and polished head, R & D valve springs, stock crank (I have always raced on the stock crank without any failure). Woody Kyle bored out throttle body and custom intake. Bike will come with a Jemco Up-pipe. What I am using to tune the bike is a Power Commander with the Auto Tune sensor installed in the header. This will all be included with the bike. This setup made 61 horsepower on Scott Powersports dyno. Spare Parts: spare parts will include stock exhaust, stock triple trees, as well as an identical motor with same cam grind, port, cams, piston, etc. This motor however includes micro blue coated transmission gears, ceramic bearings(spent over $1500 on bearings and coatings alone). Comes with brand new Tsubaki chain. Does not come with any quick change sprockets. Both motors have just been torn down and gone through for inspection; everything is in race condition and ready to go. Bike will not include Scott Powersports graphics; I will install factory graphics on bike. Bike will include new side number plates and well as new front number plate to fit the adjustable front end as well as a new number plate to fit the stock front end. Price Options: Just the bike with all the extra parts without the spare motor: $6500; with the spare motor: $8500 - OBO. I am located in Glenmoore, PA. I will be making a trip out towards Iowa before Daytona, so drop off could be arranged if needed. Phone Number: cell: 484 354 2124, home: 610 942 3505. |

| Kawasaki Greenstreak 238 Srambler F21M motors/after-market race parts. Less than 1,000 of these bikes were produced from 1968-1970. It was the first Kawasaki mass produced race bike marketed for hare scrambles, TT's and Flattrack. I recently acquired a parts lot from the 2nd owner of the parts, which are mostly Kawasaki 238 Scramble parts. There are other British and Japanese parts in this lot, but I believe the majority are for the Greenstreak. Many of the parts were wrapped in newspaper from Naperville, Illinois dated December 1973. The original owner of these parts must have raced these bikes as there are (2) two heads. Stock head has some small dings on the inside of the dome. Other head is an after-market "Webco". (2) two cylinders - both bores measure 69.50mm. There are throttle housings, grips and cables, air cleaner, shift lever kickstart lever, choke levers, perches, and cables. There are also footpegs, complete clutch, sprockets, etc. Also have complete bottom end (good VIN) with minor rod play, but no damage to cases. Complete clutch and stator. A complete set of matched cases and covers (good VIN) that are in great shape. One of the side intake covers has been correctly modified to accept a 34mm "Amal" carburetor. Also have (2) "Amal" carburetors, (3) exhaust pipes - (2) "Bill Wirges" pipes - one is stock with separate silencer - the second one as been shortened and the silencer has been welded in place. The third pipe I believe is made by "AMS Racing". Call me (Scott) at 309-287-5250 and leave me a message and I will call you back. I would like to see this stuff go to the appropriate owner, as these bikes are very few in number! |
